Richard Scott

Having graduated with a degree in theatre from the University of Derby, I decided to put theory into practice and joined the theatre in 2016. Since then I have appeared in a numerous shows, which span from the silly slapstick of pantomime to the sharp quick wit of Noël Coward, and all that fits in between.

I have a keen interest in both writing and directing, and since 2023 have done both, debuting with Peter Pan (2023) and Constellations (2024) respectively.

Hall Green Little Theatre has always been a haven and home for me, made even more special by the fact it was here that I met my wife, Lauren.

When not at the theatre, I can be found tinkering with computers and have recently taken an interest in repairing and salvaging "retro" hardware. Well, nostalgia does have a strong hold over us, doesn't it?
